front upper control arm angle
from the mounts to the balljoint my LF it 13 degrees and my RF is about 5 degrees. should i try and get more out of the RF? would putting the truck lower balljoint in take it to 10 degrees?

If your lowers are level and your uppers measure as you say then your front roll center will be offset left and that will help the car roll to the right easier. If you add angle to the right upper it will resist rolling to the right more and also it will gain more camber when compressed.
