Vic Hill wins the Buddy Rogers Memorial at Tazewell Speedway

Tazewell Speedway-September 23, 2011-CJ Rayburn’s National All Star Racing Association (NASRA) sanctioning body was on hand for the annual Buddy Rogers Memorial. Steve Smith would set the new track record and start on the pole along with Vic Hill. The two pole sitters would take the green and Vic Hill would take the checkered flag to Victory Lane leading all 44 laps and collecting $3000.
