I am pretty sure Steve Casebolt uses a 13" steering wheel, so just look around and you should be able to find one of those.

all i would say is that you should make sure you are careful about not going to go with to big of a ratio. i would stay with a 1.5 to 1, so it doesn't get too quick.
also, when we used to actually have the "powder puff" races, my mom drove my dads stock car and because we had to lift the seat so high so she could see, shes only 5ft tall, we found a 13" wheel that had no dish to it because we had to move the seat forward so she could reach all the pedals too.

Depends on what you have now and why.
What kind of car (lm,mod, etc.), what assist with p/s and rack ratio if rocket, what front end.
Small wheel increases hand speed, effort, not assist or true steering ratio.

lol...the chain wheel with the 5" dish was the first thing i thought of too! but i went ahead and kept it racing related! haha
MasterSbilt_Racer, i agree with you. i started off with a 15" and when i went to a 17" and it felt like i did way less work each night. i dont have huge hands but i like to wrap my wheel with old school athletic tape over the black rubber coating to make the grip fatter so my hands dont get tired from holding on.

kidding of course!
I'd suggest a big wheel and a appropriate box and or quickener Or Perhaps spindles with shorter steering arms.

If you want to try a small one, I think I have a 12".

Sweet sells a 13" dish wheel that I use in my own modified. I also use a Sweet 6:1 steering box with it and it works well on large tracks such as Eldora and Hartford.
We have this wheel in stock if you need one. Feel free to give us a call.
