    the Fall Festival Races have been re-scheduled till October 15th at the Elkins Raceway........full details are on the track website at www.elkinsraceway.net

    Well this date makes no sense to me at all,,, I hope the season for not having it this Friday is because no fire trucks and EMS would be available!!!'
