Are thr American Racers new or used? What compound are they? What speed is the 18 1/4 rack, is it inagraded servo and how old is it?

28.5 on american racers, some new and some used....ill have to check on the rack, one is brand new and one was rebuilt and never put back in car...rebuilt one has a brand new servo...ill check on the quickness
