Need a measurement

I need a measurement from a rocket car with the left lower mount that has the half inch holes. What I need is with a staight edge off the bottom of the main rail up to the 5th hole center. I think it's supposed to be 4 1/4" to center of the hole. thanks
or on the brackets that say rocket measure from the center of the 3rd hole up on the top bar to the 5th hole up on the bottom bar what is the distance between?
