common hand tools to include socket sets and wrenches a pair of jack stands and a floor jack tire pressure gage some kind of air supply is nice to have also.you'll figure it out when you don't have what you need at the track.I also bring a big hammer and a fork for splitting ball joints and tie rod ends.

cavemod has it covered I would only add a pop rivit gun of some type as you'll need it almost weekly and never go racing with out duct tape and zip ties or a mud scraper to get the mud out from under the deck.

an aluminum jack really helps, because they are so much easier to drag around than a steel jack. an air gauge and stagger gauge are pretty cheap. a camber gauge is nice to have and dont cost much more than $100. a bead breaker to change tires and an air rivet gun. scales are really nice to have but can be expensive. you need to have 4 jack stands, and it is a VERY good idea to have 1/8 plates welded to the bottom of them for when you use them in the pits and it is muddy. zip ties and bailing wire is better to use than duct tape. a cordless impact is nice to have. i use a 4 1/2 grinder with those thin cut off wheels a lot in the pits, and it is also nice to have a vise, even if it is a small 4" vise, mounted to your trailer somewhere.
