Pre-Consignment is very important for This Sale! Call our office hotline 859-581-8579 to reserve now. Items will be taken on
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 23 - 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 24 - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Consignments will be taken on Thursday until 6 p.m. to accommodate consignors. However, all pre-consignments MUST be at the site by 12 noon on Thursday. If you are not pre-consigned, any unreserved numbers left will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis. Do not count on waiting until consignment days to get numbers for the Thanksgiving Weekend Auction! This sale will be full. Pre-consignment guarantees space in the auction.

Space rental by reservation only! Trade show space will be limited! Call early for prime space! Exhibit set-up hours during Thursday only!

ROLLING STOCK FEE Flat $30 (No Commissions)
Sell your racecar, truck, trailer, hauler, chassis, kart for a flat fee of $30…Owner may put a reserve price on unit. If it doesn’t meet the reserve price in the ring owner has option to say yes or no!!! That’s right only a flat fee $30 on rolling stock to sell or no sale.
First 25 pre-consigned rolling stock numbers will be sold on Saturday. Next 25 will be sold on Friday. Remaining rolling stock numbers will be sold Sunday!!!!

No, This Auction is put on by Big Dawg Promotions, Tom Wieck.. This Auction was in Louisiville for years and we moved it to Scottsburg, Indiana last year.. It worked out real well for everyone. Scottsburg Indiana is located 28 miles north of Louisville,Ky. Right up I-65.. The Auction has easy access right off the Interstate, Plenty of Free Parking, The Host hotel is Hampton Inn with a group rate of $62.00 which includes a hot breakfast. Concessions are very good and priced reasonable at the show...With todays economy this has worked out really well for everyone...We have a good list of vendors that offers a lot of variety . we also have over 1000 pre-consigned numbers already, and rolling stock..
