Thats why ministocks are dying down. People spend way to much on something that may help very little if any. 10 years ago at my track a 1000 motor and you were winning wtih a 30 car field on a bad night. Now it takes a $$5000 motor and a heck of a chassis setup and you still fighting for a lead and a 8 car field on a goodnight. Ucar class count is sometimes in the 40's.

I thought about using a Brinn tranny a few years ago, but decided it wasn't worth it. Good luck with it though. Let us know how it works out.

Answering my own question

Get that new Bert Gen.II trans,has way less rotating weight than anything on the market.The crate late model racers,racers love it,as they are limited on H.P.
