    Anybody tried a Brinn transmission on a 2.3?

    Thats why ministocks are dying down. People spend way to much on something that may help very little if any. 10 years ago at my track a 1000 motor and you were winning wtih a 30 car field on a bad night. Now it takes a $$5000 motor and a heck of a chassis setup and you still fighting for a lead and a 8 car field on a goodnight. Ucar class count is sometimes in the 40's.

    Amen to that.

    I thought about using a Brinn tranny a few years ago, but decided it wasn't worth it. Good luck with it though. Let us know how it works out.
