IMCA Hobby Stock Wheel base

Whats Up Guy. New here and have a Qustion to ask. Been Reading for awhile and Finlly Figured it was about time to register and start posting. this may seem like a Dumb qustion but here gose. On the IMCA Rules it say Wheel base must be a Minimum of 107.5 inchs with a 1 inch differance side to side. does that mean you could have a wheel base of 106.5 on the left and 107.5 on the right as long as one side was atleast 107.5? or does that mean the shortest the left side can be is 107.5 and 108.5 on the Right? anyway thanks for the info and have a Happy Turkey Day Guys!

Wheelbase must be within 107.5" to 108.5. giving the 1" difference side to side.
