Long Upper Ball Joint, weak?

I'm going to try the Allstar 1" extended upper ball joints (k772 style) in order to get some angle in my uppers. My question is, how weak are they compared to standard length? Sometimes our track is a little rutted and I'm concerned.

I have never had a problem with them. Ran the bolt in version in my Street Stock for years...
