hauler for sale or trade

i have a 26' u hauler that is licenced as a motorhome and converted with toilet, sink, bed, cabinets, water ,onboard air and full elect plus tire rack , diamond plate rampovers etc.
gets 10mpg full and has diesel 360 with detroit allyson 5 speed, runs and hauls excellent and has air bag suspension that lowers to 18" for unloading.
selling to downsize. asking 6000.00 or trade for open trailer and 4000.00 or offer.
this rig will haul anything from dirt latemodels to street stocks and has been all over the usa without problems, has chrome wheels, stereo /cd player good tires, good brakes and tons of storeage
