The past few weeks the Ohio Valley has lost some old time race fans. One I want to mention is Linda Fluharty from Vienna, WV. Linda was a long time fan and she did PR for many of the local tracks in the area back in the 70's and 80's. RIP Linda Hope everyone has a great Easter.

So sorry to see this thread so far back, i have not been to good here lately. I have a growth or something that has come up on the back of my head and it has pretty much dictated what i do. I am having terrible headaches and just haven't felt like doing anything. I am scheduled to go to the V/A hospital in Columbia South Carolina this wednesday. (5/15/13) to see a dermatologist specialist. Hopefully they can find out what my problem is.

Please keep your friends and neighbors in your thoughts and prayers.

Papermen, will be thinking about you tomorrow and hopefully they can fix up up. I just love going to the VA and seeing all those pretty nurses.

Had a good safe trip to Columbia today. The surgeon removed the problem i had. I will know in (2) weeks exactly what it was. I did find out that i am allergic to the Sun!!....i am supposed to start wearing long sleeve shirts and wear a wide brim hat to shelter me from the sun. This sure is gonna make going to the races a lot harder to do. (Any Suggestions)?

Got to remember all my friends in Prayer today, I know there are a lot out there that needs it.
