Blockbuster announcement set to be revealed at the Kankakee County Speedway Banquet.
Over the course of this past week, several major developments have taken that will be announced at our upcomig awards banquet set for next Saturday night at gthe Fairgrounds Expo Hall of Industry. Promoter Tom Smith has kept a tight lid on these recent developments , but rest assure the future of Kankakee Country Speedway and it's racers seems to have a solid future. As it stands now, a crowd of about 300 is expected for our banquet before walk-ups.

I talk to Tom today and said 1 announcement is about Crate Late Models & sponsors. That's all I was told. He is keeping a very tight lid on these announcements.
