I think most guys run the 750 carbs for 604 but I do have the 650 for my 602 and it's a good one. I've had some trouble twice with trash getting stuck in between the needle and seat and flooding it, but it's a great carb.

Stealth has a decent one, and I would recommend JDR Performance in Mo. 417-859-2353.

A 650 is better off of the corener and to the middle a larger carb is better on the top end longer. If you are running a track under 1/2 mile I would use the 650 1/2 and over go with the 750. Stealth I think has one that is 1/2 way in between the two for venturi size.

Minus the information about Stealth, this is exactly what John at JDR told me. He comes highly recommended and will be doing our stuff this year.

That is exactly how we recommend as well

    rule of thumb:
    Big track>>>Big carb
    Little track>>Little carb

there are situations where you would be different but to make one simple statement that's it

We do have a carb that is in between the two sizes and works great it is made by Stealth

JDR---David Smith---Willys--- all very good carbs as well
