Ditto on the earfuze. Speakers would have to be so loud that hearing damage would occur, Plugs put the sound into the ear AND block noise so it allows the sound to be lower and you can still hear it.

    Default Helmet Speakers

Brad Smith with RH2WAY can hook you up. I got the Nitro Speakers from him and he installed them for me. The best investment I've ever made in a helmet, no more tape on the ears and falling out, or jerking the wires. And they're not so much loud like you'd think, the secret is they're encased in a circular housing that seals to your ear. They are awesome! They actually block some out the outside noise and probably help against ear loss! Check Brad out and let him know you saw my post on 4m!!

After speaking with Brad last week, he told me that he sold out his radio and helmet business to a company in OHio. But if you contact him, I'm sure he can send you to them. He is doing racing suits for velocita only now. Very nice suits, as I have one by the way. www.velocitausa.com
