most set up sheets have the % number set up without the driver........

but you can go with whatever works for you.... Mark bush (Racewise School and dirt mod chassis articles ) says 53 % to 53.5% with driver..... my shaw set up sheet says 52.5% to 53 % without driver... but specifies

    Left 52.5 to 53 %
    Rear 55 to 56 %
    Wedge 15 to 20 #
Based on 180 to 200# driver
If driver is under 180#, increase LF side %
If driver is over 200# decrease LF side %

Just a pain for Driver to crawl in and out of the car to help scale it and make changes...

hope that helps you out some..... see ya johnny v

Biggest gains can be made from just being consistant. We marked all 4 scale locations on the shop floor and would level them to each other every time we used them. Nascar does not have a driver in the car while scaling the car, they may use weight or nothing BUT EVERY time the car hits the scales it is the exactly same way.
