Rod Conley an Impressive Runner-Up at Florence; Southern Ohio Speedway Opener Ahead

(WHEELERSBURG, OHIO) Wheelersburg, Ohio ace Rod Conley ventured back to the venerable Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night, April 7, as the Cincinnati area venue played host to a $3,000 to win, unsanctioned program. Rod ran a strong second in his heat race to finish behind only prelim winner Jason Jameson. During the course of the 35-lap main event, "Hot Rod" was one of the fastest cars on the 1/2-mile oval, as he advanced up to second to finish behind only race winner Eddie Carrier, Jr. Full results from Florence Speedway can be viewed by clicking on www.florencespeedway.com.

Two members of the Conley Motorsports, Inc. team will be in action this upcoming weekend, as both Delmas and Rod Conley will travel to the nearby Southern Ohio Speedway in Wheelersburg on Friday, April 13 for the track’s season opening program.
