Wheel offset front to rear?

When I'm stringing my car should the left side tires be equal distance from my string? What about the right side. I'm running 2" bs left side and rf 2" and rr 4". Basically should the tires be out equal distance?

Most of the time the right side is lined up and adjust from there. Left should be close.
