Late Model Preview
The Late Model division will be competing for a $2,000 top prize on Friday, May 18th. “The Salt Rock Express” Eddie Carrier Jr. has been the man everyone is talking about so far this season in the Late Model class. Carrier now has three wins and a second place finish in the first four races of the season and currently holds a 145 point lead in the Late Model point standings. “Hot Rod” Rod Conley has been knocking on the door for a feature win. He finished second last Friday to grab his second top five finish of the season and third top ten. Last years track champion R. J. Conley has moved up to second in the standings, finishing no worse than sixth in the past three races. It will be another great show in the Late Model division on Friday!

Jordan Heating & Cooling UMP Modified Preview

Former Portsmouth Raceway Park Limited Late Model track champion Tim Robinson finished second in last weeks feature with second place points driver Wes Harmon finishing third last week. The McGowan racing team finished fourth and fifth last week with Danny McGowan fourth and Harvey McGowan fifth.
