NATIONWIDE STAR JUSTIN ALLGAIER

(Macon, IL) Justin Allgaier will return to familiar Macon Speedway on Monday, May 28, to race

no stranger to Macon Speedway, Justin “Little Gator” Allgaier won his first ever feature event at
Macon Speedway at the ripe old age of 12. The Riverton, Il native and son of Mike and Dorothy
Allgaier has been around racing since before he was born. Since then, the young star has
catapulted to the Nascar Nationwide Series driving for Turner Motorsports in the No 31 Brandt
Chevrolet. Justin will also be joined by Nascar stars and co-owners Ken Schrader and Kenny
Wallace, who will also compete in the Modifieds. The Night of Nascar Stars at Macon Speedway

of five, behind the wheel of a quarter midget roadster. From 1991 to 2002, the kid dubbed “Little
Gator” named for his size and ferociousness behind the wheel made his way up through the
motorsports ranks. In 2001, as a 14-year old, Justin made his name as the youngest driver to
ever advance to the A main event at the famed Chili Bowl midget event in Tulsa, OK. When
Justin turned 16, he debuted in the challenging ARCA/REMAX Series. In 2005 with seven starts
he won four top-five and five top-ten finishes, as well as his first “Pork Pole” award by setting a
new track record at the Illinois State Fairgrounds

In 2009 Justin competed full-time in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (35 races) in the No.12
Verizon Wireless Dodge for Penske Racing and finishes sixth in the championship standings
while capturing the series Raybestos Rookie-of-the-Year award. He posted an average finishing
position of 16.5 over the course of the season. In 2010 he earned his first NASCAR Nationwide
Series win at Bristol and scores 8 top-five finishes and 20 top-10 finishes in all. He posts an average finishing position of 11.5 and an average starting position of 11.9. In 2011, Justin finished third in series points. Had a career-best average start of 11.0 and an average finish of 11.8 while completing 97.5 percent of laps attempted. In 2012, he currently sits 7th in points
