    does the j bar need to run strait mine is not sitting in the car square and wondering if it could be binding

    If your talking about the frame end being ahead of the pinion end, yes, usually frame end is forward of pinion end.

    You might want to check the 72 inches from motor plate to center line of axle tube. I think that is the correct measurement. Good luck.

    4 bar left and its ahead at the pinion can develop a bind and interference with other components.

    solid 3 link sportmod rearend is back far enough but it has spacers on each end where it bolts to pinion bracket and chassis bracket

    If it was mine I would run it as close to parallel with the axle as possible on 3 link.
