    Default questions about j bar

the car is a older 2 link w/ a lift bar chassis that has a pan hard bar behind the rear end, 27 inch center to center and i only can move it up and down on the chassis(left side on chassis right side on rear end)

and i have every thing i need to put a j bar on like the newer cars have. the j bar is 20 centered and its a bis-kit style, also are these j bars any good or do they let the rear move to much. there is about a inch before the drive line hits the (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)pit

what would you guys use if you were running the car? TIA for the help

I personally didn't like the biscuit style j bar, gives kind of a wiggle feel when the car gets on the rr. Start with the bar even with pinion, about 5 inches of rake, if you're on g60's.
