Does it mean when you get to his staus, as far as being a dirt fan, you have to have your pic made with alll the winners?

Obviously is does!!!!! As someone who has went through life with obvious challenges, getting in those pics make him feel like a hero and I for one am happy to see most all the drivers let him get in the pic. Its the small things that can make a difference in peoples lives.
