    Default 2.3 ford follower ratio

    can any one tell me what the follower ratio is on a non roller and the ratio on a roller? thanks

    I read that non roller 1.5:1
    roller 89-94 1.64:1
    roller 95-00 1.86:1
    is this true or not

    we have some 1.81:1 not sure what year they are from!!

    non roller is 1.66:1
    not sure of rollers
    No matter how hard you try...you cant fix stupid!!!

    The follower ratio changes as the valve train cycles. The max ratio I've been able to get on a 2.3 roller-follower, on my 2.0L's, is 1.78:1. The 1.66 is correct for the flat-follower. -Dave-

    dave are they the same as 2300 roller followers from ford?
