Unless the judge is completely off his rocker I suspect he would probably toss the suit as being frivolous. But you never know. He just may let it go forward.

Lot of issues surrounding suites. People shouldn't be deterred from bringing a suite if they feel they have been legitimately wronged. Lawyers are a part of the problem, they need to make sure the cause is valid before going forward. Some are looking for the big score which doesn't help matters much.

Well media seems doing partiality and is based on bias.... if a 13 years old boy can be demonstrated over the camera then why not accused women why this differences are done even by the media???
