    Default payout

Just got off the phone with Smitty and payout is posted below.
    1. $600 TO WIN
    2. $1,000 for 2nd
    3. $300
    4. $200
    5. $175
    6. $150
    7. $125
    8. $100 to start

Why does it say 175 for 5th yet our pay was only 150 for 5th?

that may be`whats posted but from 5th on down thy cut the pay by 25.00 they should be qulified every week with late models. not this goofy deal if you win a feature you start further back what a joke!!!! expect to see cars fall off as they are forceing you to join ump. at a cost of 100.00

Because you have an error in your payout... 5th paid $150

    Payout was posted as this

    1. 600
    2. 1,000!!!
    3. 300
    4. 200
    5. 150
    6. 125
    7. 100
    8. 100
    9. 100
    10. 100
    11. 100
    12. 100

Smitty has NEVER cut anyones pay. He also routinely adds starters over 20 so that each driver gets to run a feature, instead of loading up just a handful of cars. Don't know where you got your payout from, but the payout I just posted was what he told me over the phone and the envelopes were filled as I posted. IF you did speak to Smitty, and he DID tell you over the phone, I can guarantee you he wasn't looking at no sheet.

this was posted on a post promoting the race, from Nathan. Figured it would be right since nobody corrected it. My son-in-law finished 5th and he saw the post and was wondering why he only got 150. my son got the 1000, so no complains from us!

I do apologize for Nathan's error. Nathan acts as a liason for the track as well as many others. He tries very hard to be a positive contributor for not only us but other tracks as well, and as a passionate race fan he often times shares his feelings as he sees it.

I simply do not have the time to go behind him and check all his facts and make corrections, although I have corrected him in the past. Most of the time his facts are accurate, as he takes his time to check first. Again I do apologize for the miscommunication.

Congratulations on the big score! And thank you Mr. Willis for your support.
