    LF=550
    RF=350 if heavy and 325 if slick
    LR=200
    RR=250
    and drop your RR top Bar one hole other wise looks good

    Default Lower Control Arms

    Does anybody know if i can switch to the one piece lower control arms on my 2002 GRT, right now i have the hockey stick deal, the lowers are 17 5/8" and upper is 8 1/4" i think? Its the narrow front end.

    Sure you can switch them, but I wouldn't just switch for no reason or until I bent one.

    i would look at the 5th coil spring 400 sounds like to much unless its really hooked up,also i would run a little more air in the right front,we have had alot of sucess with a 02 car were still running it and beating alot of newer cars (i love it,it just kills them)

    if its a crate you might get away with even softer but if a super you should be close,hoosier 12 in the rf sounds like a good starting spot,pm me with your setup and i can tell you some things that have worked for us,bar lengths,angles ect

    i run a 02 also and start with 8lb LF 12 Rf 5 to 6 on LR 9 to 10 on RR check your 5th coil make sure its on a 36in center to center,it helped mine a bunch i run a 500 lf spring 350 rf and have been as low as 300 on a slick track, i also like to see what other guys are doing with these older cars they seem to be a decent chassie for the year
    i belive my fifth arm has a 325lb without looking at my notes
