American Modified Series Off This Weekend; Visits 191 Speedway on Sunday September 2

Glasgow, KY-August 22, 2012- The American Modified Series will be off this weekend, but returns to action after a lengthy hiatus on Sunday September 2 with the tour’s first ever visit to the Mayabb Family promoted 191 Speedway in Campton, KY.

On Sunday September 2 at 191 Speedway in Campton, KY, the American Modified Series will present a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B-Mains, and the $1.500 to win A-Main event. Also on the racing card at 191 Speedway on Sunday evening September 2 is a special event for Super Late Models, paying $5,000 to win.
The American Modified Series last competed on Saturday June 30 at Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, TN and current series points leader Trent Young of Hopkinsville, KY was the winner of that event.
The American Modified Series will present UMP Modified sanctioned dirt track sports entertainment at racing venues throughout Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, and Tennessee. What are the tire rules for this event ? I know 191 runs
American racer mediums on weekly shows ? Is it
Hoosiers only ? After talking to many drivers in the past
Few weeks ( even drivers that race at 191 on a weekly basis ),
Know one is clear on the Tire rule for this race .
