I would like to no what people think of Ray Cook and Dale Mcdowell's driving school.

I have heard from a few if you have never been in a dirt car or limited experience it is worth it for the driving portion as you learn HOW to drive the car. I'm not sure if they teach setting up or anything like that. I rode around with Dale in his two sweater for about 6 laps and I learned a lot by watching him for those 6 laps.
I guess if you are looking for all around do the Racewise school and driving school

It is the only one out there in my honest opinion. If you don't learn from those two guys just hang it up and find a new hobby.
