    Default Spindle Differences

Was wondering if anyone knows the spindle height and pin drop on an S10 spindle vs. '78-96' Impala/Caprice? Thanks

'78-96' Impala/Caprice 2'' pin same as STD small metric .The metric is 1 1/4 shorter over all (pin to top is shorter) . Think the s-10 and small metric are the same . '78-96' Impala/Caprice will make for a wider front end by 7/8'' vs the small metric.I was selling a spindle that looked like a Impala but was a cast steel part that GM was making and the Impalas that I got out of the junk yard where cast iron .

So the S10 would be similar to a drop spindle vs. the Impala/Caprice?
