FASTRAK Unveils New Body to General Public for First Time at GRITS Show

October 25th 2012 **FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE**

(Carnesville, Georgia) -The news from the FASTRAK Racing Series/ ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series seems as if it just never ceases. How one sanctioning body can be so full of new ideas is pretty amazing, especially considering the current climate from an economic standpoint in auto racing. However, things in FASTRAK seem to "keep on comin". The upcoming trade-show in Charlotte NC will be no different than any other event FASTRAK participates in. Something new, again!!

The newly designed and patented body will be unveiled for the first time in history to the general public at the Inaugural GRITS Trade Show in Charlotte NC on November 2nd and 3rd at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center. At 12:01 PM on Friday the cover comes off and the new body will be on display for all to see on Regional Touring Champion David Smiths brand spanking new TNT Race Car. Smith won the FASTRAK SE/ME Championship in 2012.

It is different stated Stan Lester Founder of FASTRAK. That's why we went to the trouble of patenting it. I like it personally. It’s some of the old, some of the new, but simple to change from series to series with bolt on and off parts. Change three parts and your back to the current style dirt late model. I think everyone will be amazed how little a person actually has to do to make the cars looks pretty radical, but still maintain the integrity of the current car as well.

We will see what the general public says about it and go from there. The body hasn't been track tested yet, but I think most people can grasp the general idea from an aerodynamic standpoint. So many tracks no longer have two groove racing simply from the track conditions themselves, but we think this could be a way to bring that back to most speedways. If the general public, teams and race fans want it, then we will proceed. If not then it goes back on the shelf for maybe a later time.
