Default Metric car to 4 1/2 bolt pattern on front

I found a bunch of 5 on 4 1/2 race car wheels for cheap. I there a hub you can fit on a metric car to put 5 on 4 1/2 on the front?

Can you drill them? I have never went smaller but i have drilled stock rotors to 5x5.

Speedway sells a rotor and the pinto spindle could be used. Not sure but I would think since you can put a metric rotor on a pinto spindle maybe you could the other way. Only problem I see though is spending too much pulling anything off besides a redrill would offset the savings for the wheels.

I had a 5 x 4.5 hub on my car when i bought it, i know their out there might be 78-79 maybe. Might be able to go to the parts store and have them look up hubs for metric cars from different years and see if they can see if it says 4.75 bolt pattern or 4.5.

All stock metric rotors are 4.75 pattern. Check and see what patern's are available with the rotors that US brake sells.
