    All are Dart Iron Eagle blocks - SBC that is - big block cam bearings?

    Yes,unless it was ordered with 50mm roller bearings

    As usual thanks for the advice. Anyting special about ordering one? Will the timing chain sprocket fit right without machine work?

    The Iron Eagle SBC block is an exact copy of the Dart aluminum block.It has a raised cam and spread pan rails.It does not work as a wetsump without a lot of work.

    Being a Dart dealer those blocks are offered in std. cam tunnel and BBC cam tunnel.

    Can you possibly tell me what the diameter of the two bearings are?

    The bb core has 1.948 journals

    Inside diameter of the cam bearings that came with the block are 1.865. That was measured using calipers.
