Got a cam that was in a "grab-bag" of used stuff I bought. It is a Howards roller, card says Lobe Center = 106+4. Is that a fancy way to say it has a 110* center?

I believe it just means that 4 degrees advance is already built into the final grind (so 102 is the center).
