Can a GM block that has 184 inside the Bowtied logo on both sides be bored to 4.125 safely. This one has steel splayed caps also. I can get a better deal on it than a new SHP if it can be bored that large.

Sure it can.I have 1184 blocks at 4.180 that have no problems

I have gone 4.200 on those blocks but like any block it should be sonic tested first.
