87-88 is about 3/4" longer. 94-98 mustang has a 1.5" longer lower control arm.

Actually the 94-98 Mustang LCA is 1/4" longer than the T-bird LCA...or 1" longer than the 1979-1993 Mustang LCA
No matter how hard you try...you cant fix stupid!!!

Actually
The question was "What year Thunderbird has the longer a-frame than a mustang ?".
So the answer would be , ALL OF THEM .

i think only the 87-88 arm is longer. the others are the same as the mustang.
