    For that combo a 750 would be fine unless your turning insane RPM's. You can find good quality used 750's all over.

    Cubic inches x rpm's divided by 3456

    Thats a great formula for drag racers, circle track cars need more flexability, think I would go with the 750cfm.

    Most carbs flow much less than advertised. An 850 might get you closer to what you need.

    I wouldn't shop for one based on flow numbers, especially anything used! You'll probably end up with the wrong thing if you do. Call a carb builder or two.
