16 volt battery

When changing to a 16 volt battery is it necessary to buy one of those step down boxes to run the lights and stuff or do you not need it

Nope. they all work fine on 16 volt the only time you could have a problem is if you charge the battery with the master switch on and componets turned on as the chargers put out over 19 volts but even this is unlikely to cause issues.
