09 Rocket right front bump steer?

Trying to set the bump steer on right front. Got tie rod pre set at 19 7/8 per set up sheet, got the bottom set at 19 1/8. Gettin alot more bump out than what they recomend, anyone ran into this problem? Ayone know the fix? thanks for any info Pete.

Get rid of the plate under the rack for starters.
