Have any of you guys had water pushing out of the filler necks that bolt on top of the intake? are the new billet ones better ? I am looking at the Moroso stuff , and i have read Stewarts site and was just wondering if any improvements in this area. yes, my rad is lower so i either must do this or expansion tank .

Yes, when the cap is on the neck the water pump pressure is hitting the cap and will push it up. We have had to lift the radiator up to get it filled up all the way annd then lower it into the mounts and bolt it in until we got it set up right. Try the expansion tank, much better setup.

gotcha, more to do with the location of the parts than the parts themselves.

does the outlet fitting on the expansion tank need to be above the T-housing or just the fill point?
