Hopefully the third time's the charm as the Fairbury American Legion Speedway will try once again to open up their 67th year of racing this coming Saturday, May 11th. Scheduled is a regular night of racing featuring the UMP Late Models, UMP Modifieds, UMP Sportsman, and UMP Street Stocks. Saturday will also mark the debut of the Alkota "Keep It Clean" Series. This four night mini-series will pit all four classes against one another. The racer with the highest combined point total for these four nights, no matter which class, will win a new Alkota hot water pressure washer (retail value over $3,100). Second will receive a 55 gallon drum of car cleaning soap.

Gate Admission: $10, Pits: $25
Gates Open: 3rd Street (pits only) and 2nd Street 3:00 p.m., South 1st Street 5:00 p.m.
Drivers Meeting 5:30 p.m., Hot Laps 5:50 p.m., Qualifying 6:30 p.m., Racing immediately following qualifying
Children 12 and under free when accompanied by a paying adult.
