Can someone tell me where the serial number on a Mastersbilt is? I just picked one up and the guy says it's an 02. I just wanted to verify that. Also can anyone tell me about what range the numbers would be to make it an 02?

The serial number is located on the left front frame rail just ahead of the mid-plate.
Not sure about the range for 02 cars but call MasterSbilt and they can certainly tell you.

The year of the car is not designated by the number.
