County Line Raceway (NC) Set to Host $5000 FASTRAK National Touring Event

Elm City, North Carolina - County Line Raceway located Elm City, North Carolina has secured a date to host their first-ever event with the FASTRAK Racing Series Touring Divisions. The $5000 to win "national" event has been slated for September 20th and 21st. The late season dates will make the County Line event one of the final events of the year which teams can earn points towards their weekly and touring championships as well as reaching the ever-important 12 race minimum required to qualify for FASTRAK's year-ending World Championship. "We have been throwing this idea around all year. We added FASTRAK to our weekly late models and the crate powered cars are starting to gain momentum across the country, so we thought an event like would help us continue to build the division here by allowing some of the area guys to come over and run for a great purse and see what we have to offer here at County Line. We are really excited about putting this together." said County Line Raceway's Publicist Steve Summerlin.

"We are very proud to be associated with everyone at County Line Raceway. They have built a great fan base and weekly program over the last few years. They have really brought themselves to the forefront of dirt racing in that region. We have had some very successful ULTIMATE Super Late Model events there the last couple of years and we look forward to doing the same thing with our FASTRAK Touring Divisions. A race this late on the season should really a good mix of our FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring, FASTRAK City Chevrolet Southeast Touring and our FASTRAK Weekly Racing Division guys. It will be a good opportunity to pick up some points or another race of their required 12. We want to thank Brenda, James, Steve, Tyler and the whole staff for their desire and drive to bring their fans the best in dirt racing." commented FASTRAK CEO and Founder Stan Lester.
