    Default Pullbar questions

4 bar car using an older pullbar. right now it is in the back hole on the rear end and measures 20" long mounted downhill to the chassis. Has a 800lb spring. (I have a 1K spring on the shelf) The problem with the pull bar besides being shore is that its mounted in the back hole behind centerline of the rear end. Holding off til over the winter when i can put a new chassis mount on and get a new (longer pullbar). I race on a 1/3 moderately banked track that goes dry slick most all night long. So the question is, am i better off just leaving it where it is till the off season OR I should be able to shorten it to 19" and move it up one hole on the rear to get it closer to center line. what is the lesser of two evils or what will help more? I can go up one row as well cause right now its only 6-7" up off the rear end. Suggestions?

You never want it to go past center line on the gas, so put it 2 -3 inches before
