    Default 92 f350 460 ci help

truck runs like (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) sometimes, but other times runs great.

Stumbles on starts and idles around 500. get on the gas and 1) it dies or 2) takes off fine.

when it stumbles I unhook the throttle position sensor and it runs better...but sometimes it runs good with it plugged in.

I thought it was the tps. replaced it. still happens but maybe not as bad.

if it has duel tanks you need to check the switcher under frame have seen them stick one way or the other. and the coolant sensor could do that.

    found the culprit. Low/weak battery.

the low battery didn't have a problem turning it over but when it was running bad I noticed the volt gauge was down. even when I just turn on the lights the volt gauge dips and the idle drops a touch.

hooked up a Ctek 7200 charger for 2 hours. Now runs like a champ.

Will get a bigger battery soon.

Picked up this vehicle for cheap b/c it ran bad. nice easy fix.
