New Brake Install ?

First time installing aftermarket pedal set with dual brake mc's. I have no knowledge of the setup or how it works. Help on the setup (front to rear) would be appreciated, 4 wheel stock discs, 1" bore mc's. What does 1 plunger being further into the bore than the other do, and which one should it be? Thanks for helping.

The further in one would be applying more brake than the other, that would be the rear one in most cases.
