World 50 at Paducah this Friday $5000 to win UMP/MARS Late Models

Sparks will fly on Friday night, August 23rd as the Bigger, Faster, Stronger Mars Super Late Model Series rolls into the the lightning fast Paducah International Raceway! The historic high banked 3/8ths has been relegated to special events this season and this one is sure to be a thriller! Expect to see the fastest hot shoes of the Midwest compete for the $5000 to win event!

It will be a full night of racing action at P.I.R. which will also include UMP Open Wheel Modifieds, UMP Pro Late Models, UMP Street Stocks, Stock & Outlaw 4 cylinders, and the always entertaining Kentucky Vintage Cars.
This Friday you will also have your chance to help in the fight against cancer. It will be American Cancer Society Night with college “Fight Cancer” t-shirts available and “Pass the Bucket” opportunities to donate and help finish the fight against a disease that will be diagnosed in more than 1.6 million Americans this year. The money raised will help support and provide information, programs and services that will help cancer patients and their caregivers

Grandstands will open at 5pm, with Pit Gates opening at 4pm. Hot laps are set to begin at 7pm, and high-horsepower, sideways racing action gets under way at 7:30!
