    why would you need them? if its less friction, try again. babbit bearings are less friction. needle bearings are used under heavy loads only.

    Cool Rollers

    Bruce Crower did try that at Indy back in the 50's on a Desoto V-8. Rods, crank, cam, rocker arms, etc were all roller bearings. Ran great, BUT no better than with stock type bearings. During testing the engine slipped out of gear and went to over 10,000 rpm and blew up big time. End of story, but Crower did sell roller bearing cams for a while.

    If you're really set on wanting the roller bearings, Esslinger could supply you with them. I will tell you though that they don't make a lick of difference on horsepower!
