Default Playing with a swing arm. Basics please?

Hey guys, we have been running 4 bar 4 bar for quite sometime. Driver ran a swing arm 10 years ago, but this year the swing arm made a killing at our home track and we will be lost if we go back to it. I have read many articles about the swing arm, but I wanted to come here and get some opinions. We run at a 3/8 high banked heavy track that gets cushions that can get real big. Anyone care to share any ideas thoughts on the swing arm. What are the advantages/effects of running it on the LR? RR we are somewhat familiar with.

    (We run IMCA/open motor/ pullbar)

Depends on the car , a heavy track I would recommend running a ⁴ bar on RR. The 4 bar will help rotate the car so on a heavy track it should help. I only ran the 4 bar a couple times and on heavy it was great. I mostly run the z link on RR, doesn't put as much bite on the rr. With less bar angle.
